Victoria Falls Weddings
When is the best time to visit Victoria Falls?

Victoria Falls is spectacular throughout the year, but the best time to visit is from April to September. This is when you’ll see the greatest flow of water, although it may be difficult to photograph the Falls up close without getting your camera wet.

At the end of the dry season (October & November) the Falls are at their least impressive, and this is also the time of year when temperatures remain uncomfortably hot throughout the day and night. The best time for game viewing is during the dry season (from June to October), as wildlife gathers around water holes or at rivers, and the vegetation is at its thinnest - making it easier to spot animals in the bush.

Rainy Season
November, December, January, February, March, tailing off in April
(seldom will you have day after day rain, it is more characterised by
thunder storms building up in the later afternoon and a torrential
downpour which is over in about an hour or so.)

Winter Months
May, June, July

Hot & Dry Months
August, September, October
